Job Responsibilities

1.RAN Project Delivery & O&M Support

• Lead end-to-end RAN project implementation (GSM/UMTS/LTE/NR) for ZTE products, including: a.Network design, site surveys, and hardware installation supervision. b.Software installation, commissioning, integration, testing, and migration. c.Post-launch support (baby-sitting, performance monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting).
• Manage project documentation, customer technical inquiries, software updates/hotfixes, hardware maintenance, and emergency recovery.

2. Technical Expertise

• Support ZTE RAN products (BSC, RNC, eNodeB, NMS, etc.) and ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Analyze network performance metrics and implement optimization solutions.

3.Project Governance

• Monitor project progress, cost, and quality; escalate risks/issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and regulatory requirements.

4.Customer Engagement & Business Collaboration

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers, providing regular reports and maintaining high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales (bidding, solution design) to drive business growth.

5.Capability Development & Knowledge Sharing

• Conduct technical training, workshops, and mentorship for customer/partner engineers.
• Document and share best practices (e.g., case studies, solution guides).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of RAN implementation/O&M experience (multi-technology: FDD/GSM/UMTS/LTE/NR).
• IP network knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Hungarian is a plus.
• Good communication, presentation and document writing skills.
• Good project management, problem-solving, coordination, customer-facing skills.
