JOB Responsibilities:

1. In charge of formulating the rolling plan for the telecom project implementation part, implementing it in each area, and conducting rolling plan control to ensure that the project can be executed on schedule.

2. In charge of organizing and implementing the overall management and business work of the project, and responsible for the progress, cost, quality, EHS, and acceptance of the project.

3. Timely coordinate and solve major issues such as engineering, outsourcing, logistics, technology, and resources upgraded by each project sub-team.

4. Effectively monitor the achievement of major milestones in the project execution process to ensure the achievement of goals such as inventory clearance and revenue collection.

5. In charge of customer relationship and subcontractor relationship management during project execution, and responsible for customer relationship/outsourcer relationship coordination of major issues in project execution.

6. In charge of the management of project execution team members, supervision of outsourcing execution, and ensuring efficient and smooth project execution by the project team.

Job Qualifications:

1. Familiar with the communications and telecom, with rich knowledge of telecom system products, and in-depth research in the communications market;

2. Possess certain professional knowledge in strategic management, marketing, sales management, project management, international trade, and communications networks;

3. Possess strong project management capabilities, public relations capabilities, coordination capabilities, team building and employee management capabilities;

4. Have a sense of responsibility for work, have grassroots management experience, good management capabilities and strong management awareness, and have a certain ability to withstand pressure;

5. Possess rich project management knowledge and practical experience in project management, and have experience in managing a project team of more than 20 people;

6. PMP and other project management certifications are preferred;

7. Fluent in English and have no barriers to communication with customers.
