Position: Sales Account Manager
Location: Ha Noi
Job Description:
- Manage and develop relationships with clients in the telecommunications industry, ensuring sales targets and business growth.
- Identify, approach, and expand the customer network while maintaining and nurturing existing clients.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends and competitors to propose suitable business strategies.
- Provide product/service solutions, negotiate contracts, and oversee implementation to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Technical, Customer Support, etc.) to ensure service quality and meet customer needs.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze business performance, and suggest improvements to optimize profitability.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Deep understanding of the telecommunications market with a strong industry network is a plus.
- Proactive, positive mindset, ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of Chinese is an advantage).
