Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated CS Core Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in circuit-switched core network engineering, with strong communication skills in English and a commitment to ensuring optimal network performance and reliability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for circuit-switched (CS) core network systems to ensure smooth functionality and service continuity.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of CS core network components (MSC, HLR, MGW, etc.).
• Implement new features, upgrades, and configurations for the CS core network as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network issues and support integration with other network domains.
• Provide technical support for service-related incidents and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
• Prepare documentation and reports on network performance and maintenance activities.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the telecom industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in CS core network engineering or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of telecom protocols and technologies, such as SS7, ISUP, MAP, and SIP.
• Hands-on experience with CS core network elements (e.g., MSC, HLR, MGW).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in handling large-scale telecom projects or migrations.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, or vendor-specific certifications like Nokia, Ericsson, or Huawei).
