Corporacion ZTE de Chile, S.A. Leading the international telecomunication is seeking through Outsourcing partner, a dynamic and experienced talent to join to the team as : Site Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

1. Oversees, directs, coordinates, and schedules the installation activities to ensure timely and accurate completion of related tasks to meet the quality standard and exceed Customer’s requirement and expectations.

2. Plan, allocate, and track resources.

3. Give technical advice to installers and assist them in solving problems encountered in the field.

4. Maintain safety measures in accordance with local and Customer requirements

5. Coordinate with the Customer implementation manager to ensure smooth installation, including cost, quality and progress control.

6. Schedule corrective actions of Radio and transmission sites as recommended by the field inspectors.

7. Respond to customer technical complaints during implementation and try to settle them.

8. Write operational instructions for work practices in conjunction with Radio Installation.

11. Organize and act to respective paper work like checklists, redlining and closure of site files, and write progress reports.

12. Responsible for other assignments requested by direct manager or engineer;

Required Profile:

1. Technician Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent

2. 3 years experience in RNC\NODEB, or similar installation practice in Telecommunication. Previous working experience in big telecommunication operators is preferred.

3.Strong analytical and problem solving skills

4. Proactive, self-motivated and good communication skills

5. Proficient in English /(preferred)

6. Have understanding of techniques in Telco industry

8. Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.
