Opportunity
In this role, you’ll be responsible for nurturing customer relationships, overseeing contract agreements, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You’ll use your account management expertise to identify opportunities, analyze performance, and contribute to the growth of your accounts in alignment with sales and revenue goals.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across your accounts.
- Monitor contract agreements and ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
- Analyze account performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Contribute to achieving sales and revenue targets through strategic account development.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in accounts management, e-commerce and/or agency experience preferred
- A proactive and independent professional with strong account management skills.
- Someone who brings structure and clarity to complex challenges.
- A team player who shares knowledge and supports others.
- A strategic thinker who continuously seeks ways to improve processes and outcomes.
- Up-to-date expertise in customer success and digital solutions.
- Dutch and English Fluency
