The opportunity
We're looking for a tech-savvy, curious, and impact-driven Marketing Automation Intern to help us transform our marketing operations using AI-powered workflows. You'll work directly with our strategy and marketing teams to build the next-gen growth engine using tools like n8n, LinkedIn Ads, and smart automation to drive audience growth, lead generation, and Account-Based Marketing at scale.

What you will do
- Automate workflows across lead generation, audience segmentation, campaign deployment, and reporting using n8n and other low-code tools.
- Design and implement growth hacks that bring in high-value leads for our B2B agency and AI propositions.
- Build Account-Based Marketing automation using signals from tools like Hubspot, Sales Navigator, and our CRM/HubSpot stack.
- Link marketing to AI: Integrate ad copy generation using LLMs, build dynamic content workflows, and set up automated audience matching and targeting on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
- Support campaign orchestration and reporting using tools like HubSpot, Looker Studio, or custom dashboards.
What you have
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Digital Marketing, Growth Hacking, AI & Business, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
- You are available for an internship starting September of 2025 (for 5-6 months), 36-40 hours per week.
- You love building things—scripts, workflows, dashboards—and aren’t afraid of automation tools, APIs, or generative AI.
- You’re passionate about data-driven marketing, AI, and experimenting your way to results.
- Experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar low-code tools is a big plus.
- You understand B2B buyer journeys and are excited to make them smarter and faster.
- You are fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
