Your role as a Senior Project Manager at Youwe
As a Senior Project Manager you are the bridge between the customer and the team, and you know how to manage the wishes of your customers and translate them into practical goals for the team. You coach and motivate a diverse project team to achieve the set goals together in an agile way. Within Youwe you are the expert of your customers. You facilitate the delivery by planning, prioritizing, communication and reporting on key actions. You build customer relationships every day, manage budgets and ensure that the result is outstanding.
Who you are
You are an expert in proactive reach-out and communication, capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously while effortlessly switching between various disciplines and stakeholders. Driven by a passion for challenge and growth opportunities for your clients, you excel at providing constructive feedback and constantly strive to improve the status quo. As a real team player and go-getter, you skillfully manage the interests of both Youwe and the customer. Additionally, you thrive in an international setting, where the headquarters boasts more than 25 nationalities, further enriching your collaborative experience.
What you have
- Bachelor or Master in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a project manager or delivery manager at a digital agency or product manager for an e-commerce product.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch.
- You are tech-savvy and use data-driven approach to decision-making.
