The AEC industry is currently undergoing major digitalization and we believe in the power of leveraging design data to enhance the building design process. Our goal is to optimize and standardize the building design and data validation process, especially in the preconstruction phase. Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Growth Hacker (Intern) to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Growth Hacker, you will play a crucial role in expanding our brand presence and driving user engagement and acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Implement growth hacking techniques to acquire new users and customers.
• Engage in competitor groups on LinkedIn to gather insights and build connections.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn.
• Conduct thorough research on the target audience, market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative solutions to overcome growth barriers.
• Foster an engaged online community around Verifi3D through forums, social media groups (LinkedIn), etc.
• Use data-driven insights to adjust social media posting and optimize community engagement.
• Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and research findings to the Marketing Team.

We are looking for a full-time student with a Business and/or Marketing or a related field background and the following skillset:

• Strong passion for digital marketing and growth hacking.
• Tech-savvy and are open to learning new tools.
• Experience with social media channels: LinkedIn (Primary)/Instagram/X/YouTube.
• Experience in leveraging LinkedIn for lead generation.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Advertising and Sales Navigator is a plus.
• Experience with MS Teams/ Office/ Word/ Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creative mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
• Familiarity with BIM or the construction industry is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
