Retail Operations Manager(A33079)

Responsibilities:
1. Cooperate closely with GTM & Sales team and the local dealer to plan the retail marketing strategy.
2. Help to develop in-store merchandising solutions and communication strategies that drive customer purchase of the Xiaomi brand and its products.
3. Planning new product launch GTM plan and execute on offline & Online. Responsible for communicating with retailers, formulating joint marketing campaign plans for new products and promotional seasons, and overseeing the implementation of these plans.
4. Planning effective promotions for increase sell out.
5. Maintain and develop commercial cooperation with retail and operator stores.
6. Responsible for budget management and work related to supplier management.
Requirements:
1. Strong learning ability, with good communication skills and project management skills.
2. GTM, retail or sales, with at least 3 years of work experience preferred.
3. Experience in the mobile phone industry or consumer electronics industry is preferred.
4. Bachelor's degree or above, English can be used as the working language.
