Job Description:

1. Serve as primary liaison between HQ Training and field teams to identify training needs and co-develop curriculum
2. Design and implement end-to-end sales training programs for regional frontline staff
3. Foster learning culture through knowledge-sharing sessions and community-building initiatives
4. Document and replicate best practices across the region through case study methodology
5. Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and develop countermeasure playbooks
6. Deliver targeted capability-building programs for underperforming stores/individuals

Requirements:

1. 5+ years in training management (NEV/automotive industry preferred) with regional experience
2. Based in regional hub city with willingness for extensive travel
3. Strong instructional design skills with ability to develop training materials independently
4. Established teaching methodology (certifications in adult learning preferred)
5. Professional proficiency in English or Mandarin
