Job Description:
- Serve as primary liaison between HQ Training and field teams to identify training needs and co-develop curriculum
- Design and implement end-to-end sales training programs for regional frontline staff
- Foster learning culture through knowledge-sharing sessions and community-building initiatives
- Document and replicate best practices across the region through case study methodology
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and develop countermeasure playbooks
- Deliver targeted capability-building programs for underperforming stores/individuals
Requirements:
- 5+ years in training management (NEV/automotive industry preferred) with regional experience
- Based in regional hub city with willingness for extensive travel
- Strong instructional design skills with ability to develop training materials independently
- Established teaching methodology (certifications in adult learning preferred)
- Professional proficiency in English or Mandarin
