Responsibilities
- Store Expansion: Responsible for the market development management of brand chain stores, including store location planning, development evaluation, and site selection assessment.
- Contract Management: Proficient in relevant laws and regulations in leasing contracts, responsible for negotiating and signing new store business contracts, as well as managing existing store construction/renovation-related contracts.
- Site Selection Assessment: Evaluate the rationality of store locations submitted by regional departments and complete data verification.
- Store Image Design Communication: Collaborate with the headquarters design team and regional teams for individualized store designs.
- Opening Coordination: Assist relevant company departments in completing pre-opening tasks such as supervising store renovation projects.
- Project Management: Proficient in project management skills required for project advancement, such as Gantt charts, SWOT analysis, agile management theory, etc.
- Store Building Efficiency: Develop project plans based on the company's expansion plan and project schedule, ensure the accuracy of the plans, and improve store building efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a full-time university education and more than 5 years of experience in offline chain brand store development.
- Possess strong business negotiation, communication, logical judgment, and execution planning skills.
- Mature, composed, meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, passionate, proactive, and dedicated, able to withstand strong work pressure.
- Proficient in market research, store development, and the planning methods of rational layouts.
- Familiar with the leasing requirements of chain department stores and shopping centers; experience in successfully opening stores in well-known commercial areas and familiarity with renowned chain brand expansion is preferred.
- Overseas expansion experience is a plus, and proficiency in spoken/written English is preferred.
