Core Responsibilities:
- Market Intelligence & Strategy Development
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of Japan's mobile market (consumer insights, channel dynamics, competitive landscape)
- Develop data-driven GTM strategies covering product selection, pricing architecture, channel mix, and promotional planning
- Cross-functional Leadership
- Orchestrate 4P (Product/Price/Place/Promotion) alignment across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
- Own end-to-end product launch execution from pre-market to EOL (End-of-Life) management
- Commercial Ownership
- Design and implement product lifecycle campaigns (launch/peak/clearance phases)
- Accountable for KPIs: sell-through rates, revenue attainment, and margin targets
Requirements:
- 5+ years in 3C product marketing with GTM/pre-sales/PM experience (OEM background preferred)
- Proven ability to lead cross-departmental initiatives in matrix organizations
- Advanced analytical skills (NPD/Sell-out data interpretation)
- Business fluency in: Japanese + Chinese Or Japanese + English
Preferred Qualifications:
- IPMS (Integrated Product Marketing System) certification
- Multicultural work experience in MNC environments
- Executive-level presentation skills (client-facing decks, business cases)
