Core Responsibilities:

  1. Market Intelligence & Strategy Development
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of Japan's mobile market (consumer insights, channel dynamics, competitive landscape)
  • Develop data-driven GTM strategies covering product selection, pricing architecture, channel mix, and promotional planning
  1. Cross-functional Leadership
  • Orchestrate 4P (Product/Price/Place/Promotion) alignment across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
  • Own end-to-end product launch execution from pre-market to EOL (End-of-Life) management
  1. Commercial Ownership
  • Design and implement product lifecycle campaigns (launch/peak/clearance phases)
  • Accountable for KPIs: sell-through rates, revenue attainment, and margin targets

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in 3C product marketing with GTM/pre-sales/PM experience (OEM background preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead cross-departmental initiatives in matrix organizations
  • Advanced analytical skills (NPD/Sell-out data interpretation)
  • Business fluency in: Japanese + Chinese Or Japanese + English

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. IPMS (Integrated Product Marketing System) certification
  2. Multicultural work experience in MNC environments
  3. Executive-level presentation skills (client-facing decks, business cases)
