About the Role
As a Senior Field Sales Executive, you will lead strategic growth initiatives across high-value enterprise accounts within the chemical sector. You will manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, engage senior decision-makers at the C-suite level, and negotiate high-impact commercial agreements.
This role requires strong financial acumen, strategic insight, and the ability to position enterprise risk management (ORM) solutions as essential drivers of operational resilience and business performance. You will be instrumental in expanding market share, strengthening executive relationships, and delivering measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and expand relationships with strategic, high-value enterprise accounts
- Lead full-cycle enterprise sales engagements, from opportunity identification to contract closure
- Negotiate complex commercial agreements with executive-level stakeholders
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with regional growth objectives
- Consistently exceed revenue and pipeline targets
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Analyze pipeline and performance metrics to optimize sales execution
- Provide accurate forecasting and executive-level reporting
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Mentor junior sales professionals where appropriate
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in enterprise SaaS or enterprise software sales
- Expertise in strategic account planning and territory development
- Advanced negotiation skills in complex, high-value deals
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Deep understanding of risk management, EHS, ESG, or governance solutions (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization
- Fluent English required; additional European languages a plus
