Quality Assurance Engineer for Risk Management software

The Quality Assurance Engineer is a member of the Customer Support Services team, who collectively are responsible for sustaining Enablon customers.

The Quality Assurance Engineer provides post-deployment services to enterprise-wide Enablon software solutions for small and large companies. Enablon is an extremely broad platform with a proprietary programming language, more than a hundred modules, highly configurable, and therefore each customer solution is unique.

You will be directly responsible for the qualification and tracking of client requests, and most importantly, providing solutions (expertise, configuration, development, etc.) within the expected response time applicable to the client. You also may provide additional support services such as product refreshers and coaching. Some requests are quick wins (configuration/coding on the spot with customers or coaching workshops), but many are mini agile implementation projects, lasting a few weeks to over a month.

You will report to the Associate Director, Technical Customer Service, and work under the leadership of the Director, Customer Success, CP & ESG Enablon.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in reviewing client solution requirements to assess testability and ensure comprehensive coverage.

  • Design, review, and execute detailed test plans and scripts for clients in the sustainment phase of the customer lifecycle.

  • Support continuous integration (CI), continuous deployment (CD), and automation testing strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.

  • Identify, document, and escalate issues discovered during testing, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Reproduce reported issues to assist development teams in root cause analysis and resolution.

  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve reported issues prior to product release.

  • Monitor and assess code changes to determine their impact on test coverage and execution strategies.

  • Offer actionable recommendations based on test results to improve product design and functionality.

  • Share insights and feedback with design, development, documentation, and other technical teams to drive product excellence.

  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis reviews to identify and mitigate recurring issues.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent related work experience.

  • At least 2 -3 years experience in IT domain

  • Excellent English skills

  • Automated testing experience would be a plus

The Quality Assurance Engineer is a good communicator, adaptable to changing circumstances and understands and does what it takes to have a delighted customer by providing design, configuration development, testing, and expertise services.

At our office in Alphen aan den Rijn, you will work twice a week with your core team of 5 to 6 people coming from all parts of the world.
