Job Description
As a Lead CX/UX Research Consultant, you will independently conduct advanced user research projects, delivering high-quality insights that drive product development. Your role will have a significant impact on the user experience, as you support team projects and ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead and execute sophisticated user research studies independently.

- Mentor and oversee the work of junior researchers.

- Conduct longitudinal studies to track user experience over time.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to influence design decisions.
- Develop and refine tools and methodologies for user research.
- Advocate for user-centered design within the organization.
- Present research findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure research activities comply with ethical standards and guidelines.
