We are seeking a passionate and creative Junior UX Designer to join our growing team. As a Junior UX Designer, you will work closely with our experienced design team to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital products.

Responsibilities

Interaction Design

• Contribute to the development of user flows and interaction patterns.
• Work on designing user interfaces that enhance user experience and usability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
• Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively within the team.
  
  
  

Key Skills

Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch or Figma.

Prototyping: Basic knowledge of prototyping tools and techniques.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions and rationale (also in English).

Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about user interactions.

Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure the quality of design deliverables.

Basic Front-End Development: Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Nice to Have

Portfolio showcasing personal or academic projects related to UX design.
