About the role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Security Specialist with strong expertise in Intune and Entra ID. In this role, you will work closely with our Security and DevOps teams to continuously enhance security, maintain compliance, optimize configurations, and support a seamless, productive modern workplace.

What will you be doing?

Security

• Collaborate with the external SOC team and forensic specialists to analyze and respond to threats

• Manage and optimize email security filtering

• Research, evaluate, and improve Microsoft 365 and Azure security controls

Endpoint & Device Management

• Manage Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android

• Monitor, maintain, and improve endpoint patch management

Identity Management

• Manage Entra ID for our Office tenant

• Support the DevOps team in administering Entra ID tenants for our SaaS production environment

• Monitor and improve Conditional Access and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) policies

Cloud Engineering

• Configure and maintain Azure resources supporting our workforce (e.g., Key Vault, Storage)

Modern Workplace

• Support M365 solutions (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange) to ensure seamless integration and best‑practice usage

The ideal candidate

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Microsoft 365 specialist role

• HBO or WO degree in information technology or information security

• Preference for certifications such as: SC-900, CCSP, SC-400, SC-300, CISSP, CISM

• Skilled in troubleshooting complex software and hardware issues

• Able to build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders

Recruitment process

• Step 1: Introductory call with the Recruiter (15–30 min)

• Step 2: First interview (60 minutes) at the office with future team members

• Step 3: A take‑home case followed by a Teams call (15-30 min) with the CISO to discuss your approach

• Step 4: Second interview (30 min) with members of our leadership team
