2. Objectives 1.Strengthen the technical capacity of CBOs/CBRCs to deliver effective, evidence-based rehabilitation services in line with established standards and best practices. 2. Enhance CBOs/CBRCs’ ability to conduct appropriate and timely referrals for health, protection, or other specialized services when cases fall outside their scope, through clear referral pathways and coordination with relevant service providers. 3. Develop or refine CBO/CBRC service delivery tools, including standard operating procedures (SoPs), guidance notes, and quality-assurance mechanisms, to strengthen consistency and effectiveness of rehabilitation interventions. 4. Improve coordination between CBOs/CBRCs and relevant health and protection actors, ensuring coherent case management, community follow-up, and alignment with wider humanitarian and emergency response structures. 5. Design and deliver tailored capacity-building programmes for CBO/CBRC staff, including coaching and on-the-job technical support, to enhance competencies in assessment, intervention planning, data collection, outreach practice, and follow-up.
