JOB PURPOSE

With an ambitious growth of SC Transformation agenda, we have created a new Logistics role within Ice Cream Transformation Team. We are looking for a dynamic Team Player, who has experience in Logistics field and will help us to optimize Frozen Network.

It is a perfect opportunity for an experienced mid careers professional, who wants to be in the centre of changes and to grow among other professionals.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

Partnering Transformation Agenda of Supply Chain in Europe:

• Partner Logistics Frozen Network Redesign across Europe:
• From Ideas through Business Case Approvals to Benefits Realization tracking.
• Lead the creation of Country specific Business Cases whilst optimizing European network and synergies where applicable.
• Along with Ice Cream Supply Chain Finance Team and with a strong link across Logistics Finance Teams in each Country support OTIF
• Ensure Approved Projects are executed within Budget and be the custodian of Cost Centers including accounting treatment of expenses and benefits in Europe Ice Cream

Leading Finance Transformation Agenda for EU Ice Cream business:

• Evaluate case by case the possible scenarios, develop alternatives and propose end to end financial justification of projects (DCF, Payback, Risk and Opps)
• Keep a centralized overall Business Case in flight incorporating new Projects as they come.
• Ensure Customer Operations Organization is aligned with Ice Cream priorities and business needs and vice versa,
• Be the custodian and generator of the 3 envelopes: 1-Cash Flow for the decision, 2-Brief to Teams that need to implement via Target Budgets and quantify MCOs Impact to GM where applicable via Transfer Price estimations.

SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Proven strong Analytics and attention to details
• Evidenced Passion for High Performance
• Personal Agility to stay constantly curious
• Team player
• Cost Accounting / P&L & Cash and their correlation with hands-on experience
• Experience In Supply Chain / Logistics is a must
• Quick and easy alignment with key stakeholders and drive to move forward once agreements reached.
• Comfortable with working simultaneously on multiple projects, with right prioritization and proper communication on the progress.
• Ability to work with multi-dimensional matrix, quickly navigate between detailed and helicopter views.
• Strong Stakeholder management & partnering skills to establish productive relationships.
