MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Main role is to lead the Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) Global Brand positioning, Brand Communication ideas and Global Digital Marketing to drive growth, penetration and engagement through digital content and brilliant strategy into action. Oversee the Middle East, Turkey, Africa (META) regional Marketing team ensuring execution of the Multi Country Organisation marketing plan and the global integrated agenda.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
Global UFS Brand and Digital Marketing Lead
Lead the Global Digital Marketing Strategy and Team – including Digital Content, Brand & Media Engagement Models, ufs.com website, Performance Marketing tracking dashboards, Digital Marketing Community and Lead Management strategies.
Lead the Global UFS brand and Strategy, crafting the Brand Purpose based on customer insights and data, testing, and creating Global assets/campaigns to drive growth.
Drive Digital Marketing Performance via Objective & Key Results (OKRs), setting Benchmarks, Global Expert Guidelines and Models as well as tracking performance.
Collaborate with Chefs team to drive Global Chef community .
Lead Global Marketing campaigns including Content and Media Strategy, crafting Global Content and toolkits to help countries leverage assets.
Be brand Ambassador and support for UFS Leadership Team for key UFS initiatives, events, internal or external.
Lead the Global Marketing Skills and Capabilities program with HR and Capabilities team refreshing roles, behaviours, skills assessments, capability plans, and change management needed.
Key point of contact for wider Nutrition Business group Initiatives.
Lead and ensure accurate forecasting and spend of Global UFS Brand Digital Marketing investment budget
META Lead :
20% of the role involves close proximity to markets. This role leads the META regional Marketing team. The incumbent of the role will be ensuring brilliant Marketing strategy & execution in the region
Ensure smooth implementation of Brand plans, UFS Strategy and OKRs in each market with excellent execution.
Oversee the Profit & Loss for the META markets, responsible for delivering category growth, innovation contribution, marketing spends.
Provide coaching and career development to the Marketing team in the region.

• 15+ years of experience in marketing especially B2B, retail, Nutrition or Food related
Categories.
• Thorough Brand Crafting and Brand building experience.
• Local and Global marketing experience.
• Project leadership / managing complexity.
• Developing and implementing effective and integrated brand plans.
• Leading and developing (global) teams
