JOB PURPOSE
In this role as eCommerce Experience Manager, you will be working closely with the global content team and external partners to create and deploy content to local customers. Internally you will work cross-functionally with Marketing, CBD (Customer Business Development) and the Customer Operations team to create the best content experience for customers and consumers, all to drive the best online visibility for our brands and products. Together with our customers you will develop best practice cases to grow above market average and test new concepts in order to jointly learn and create insights. You will be external facing, collaborating with retailers to drive our learning and capability agenda, help jointly deliver their digital content ambitions and cement Unilever as industry leader for digital.
You will support the NL dCommerce, marketing, CBD’s and DMC (Digital Marketing Commerce) teams by developing and executing the online content strategy. The main focus of this role is a 100% perfect execution of our online content, providing consumers the best possible information and a seamless experience. To meet our digital commerce ambitions, it is critical for us to win within the digital shelf. Together with our external agency you create the best in class online content for all NL retailers and brands. Shaping and executing our organic content strategy, improving current content creation and workflows both internally and externally are main deliverables in this job. You will drive the digital content agenda together with customers and external partners. You will look at the total customer online performance, deliver on perfect store online and be pivotal in educating stakeholders whilst helping to shape an organization that enables us to compete in the future.
You will connect on a regular basis with other (global) content managers and DMC’s to grow our own capabilities, in areas such as seamless shopper experiences across all platforms and touchpoints, AI and future content development. To set up a winning plan you will use different internal/external data sources and analyze market and retailer data to understand consumer behavior and their needs.
You will be part of the NL CBD dCommerce team and will report to the dCommerce Development Manager. We’re looking for someone with a passion for dCommerce, online consumer experience and data analysis, who is positively curious and enthusiast. Experience in content creation, digital and the online retail landscape is a plus.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
Creating and implementing the NL content strategy, which leads to increasing conversion
Prepare and optimization of product content in order to maximize ROI
Close collaboration with CBD teams to provide customer fit content in line with customer capabilities.
Project management – Perfect Store Online – managing content creation and deployment with our external content creation agency. Managing other external partners whom we use to deploy content, measure KPI’s and track performance across retailer.com
Close collaboration with internal stakeholder: CBD, marketing and DMC’s - locally and globally
Optimize content creation following trends (AI) to maximize efficiency.
Setting up and measuring of content performance – (KPI realization, A/B testing) in collaboration with our external measurement partners. Responsible for implementation and training of the organization in dashboard use.
Manage the eCommerce team intern.
SCOPE
Creation and execution of the NL content strategy
100% Perfect store online (PSO) execution and tracking – KPI’s in line with global guidelines
Drive and optimize partnership with external content creation agency
Set-up test and learn agenda with CBD teams and their customers to drive content of the future
Analyse and track PSO results
Onboarding and training of internal stakeholders
SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE
Experience in PSO management and content creation is preferably
Project management skills and experience in collaboration with external agencies
Stakeholder management and skills to align teams internally and an active approach to align and educate people within the organization on dCommerce
A good comprehension of online content, performance & channels
A passion for data in order to understand performance and improvement areas
A commercial focus, and a sense of urgency to every project you touch
Fluent in Dutch and English
A bias for action and innovative ideas which could translate into business development
