JOB PURPOSE
This role works close with operations, procurement, and strategy teams in Logistics and very close to the Business Unit (BU) Planning, Operations, Finance, and Innovation teams and lead our in-year service and costs target, drive continuous improvement (CI) together and support landing key structural programs.
Understands BU/Channel specific business requirements and delivers against targeted plans. Ensures visibility of cost, service, inventory options from which the BU decides.
Collaborate as part of the End to end (E2E) Supply Chain (SC) team on End to End SC synchronization: the right (future) network design, pallet design, capacity and route to market setup is in place building on logistics infrastructure in place, or developed.
Ensure transparency of Performance while delivering desired outcomes (cost, service, safety, quality and sustainability) in the short-term, in the mid-term through leading CI projects and in the long term by participating in landing the key transformational projects (network and capabilities) with the BU team and the logistics EU teams.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Business Unit /Channel specific logistics annual plan development
Business Unit /Channel specific logistics scorecard and results owner including data accuracy and democratization of all reporting across BU and Logistics
Target framework construct and alignment with Bu and EU Log team
Synchronization review with Root cause analysis & Gap closure plans across stakeholders and delivering desired outcomes.
Threshold/guardrails for execution
RCA & gap closure plans
Identify and land CI opportunities E2E incl Cost to serve (C2S) across stakeholders and BU trade-offs.
Key member of the transformational project teams (both from BU and from Logistics Europe like network design)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Alignment across all markets & stakeholders of masterplan
Business requirements completion for the BU to complete all planning cycles.
BU/Channel specific scorecard deployment following all reporting requirements.
Facilitation performance management with BU, CO leads, physical logistics and finance
Member of the BU SC LT and the Logistics Performance team
Understand Logistics Market best practice and competitor’s environment.
