In the Engineer IT cluster, we are globally responsible for engineering solution associated to elevator development, industrialization, Configure to Order (CTO) and Engineer to Order (ETO) processes cross business lines. Over harmonized and standardized digital solution, we make significant contribution to cross functional product alignment from marketing, R&D and manufacturing, as well as robust sales to order fulfillment process. • As a domain architect you assume responsibility for overall architecture of Engineer IT cluster solution portfolio.
• You lead and facilitate cross functional team to carry out architecture definition of End to End process, data and technologies.
• Your tasks include business capability mapping, process & solution consulting, fit gap & impact analysis, tool assessment, high level solution design, efforts estimation, interface/API design, low level code quality review, benchmark with industry practice
• You are actively involved in PLM digital product planning, creation and launch process.

• Degree in business administration, computer science or equal business experiences.
• 15 years of experience in PLM strategy and transformation consulting.
• Strong insight in discrete manufacturing industry, especially on modular product development, concurrent engineering, industrialization, CTO & ETO practice.
• Excellent knowledge of Windchill PLM, Configit, CAD and SAP integration, TOGAF enterprise architecture framework
• Over 10 success PLM or Configurator implementations on the global level as leading architect.
• You are experienced in managing stakeholders in a multi-cultural global environment, and used to facilitate cross functional team.
• You have a dynamic personality and you are confident in ambiguous situations.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken; Minimum level: B2)
