Social enterprise The Young Digitals is more than a traditional marketing agency. We strengthen marketing teams with digital expertise and additional support, while offering young people with a story a promising future in the labor market. In doing so, we create not only growth for companies but also new opportunities for young talent. We train young adults (18–27) to become digital marketing professionals. We do this through a work-study program that includes training, practical assignments for companies, and personal coaching. Through this, they develop digital skills, self-confidence, and work skills. Upon completion, our Young Digitals transition into paid employment, while organizations gain access to motivated talent and contribute to a more inclusive labor market. Organizations that partner with us receive professional marketing support and make a direct social impact. We support organizations with: social media creation & management, social media and SEA campaigns, enhancing online visibility through SEO-GEO services, AI training, building AI automations, and we offer secondments.
