At impactID, they contribute to a fair world. They do this by helping non-profits increase their impact with smart, user-friendly software.
Our users are people at charities and social organizations who dedicate themselves every day to people, nature, and a just world. They support their work with three innovative tools:
- FundWise for Fundraising: to raise more resources for their mission, but above all to connect the hearts of donors to good causes;
- ProjectConnect for Project Management: to efficiently organize projects, quickly generate reports, and collaborate;
- FieldCollab for Result Measurement: an app that also works offline, enabling organizations to make their output, outcome, and impact visible.
- impactID consists of a committed and growing team that believes in the power of collaboration, connections, and a role for technology therein.
What are you going to do…
As a Growth Marketer, you work every day to bring our story to the online spotlight through storytelling and the use of digital techniques. Every day, you are busy finding new angles and optimizing. Your goal: maximum online visibility, which ultimately leads to more users of our software. You are a curious and driven (online) marketing nerd with a flair for language who holds ethics in high regard and believes that the two can go hand in hand. Your field holds few secrets for you, and you have the guts and inventiveness to create and launch things.
You get energy from:
- constantly devising new campaigns and actions;
- endless experimenting and testing which language and tools work best;
- Perfecting small details down to the smallest detail.
- The fulfillment of your role
- You own our digital channels and use them to put us on the map as effectively as possible;
- Depending on the content – text, audio, video – you produce it yourself, in collaboration with colleagues, or sometimes with external parties;
- You will get to work on SEO/SEA , ensuring that they are easily found and have insight into how they perform digitally;
- You identify commercial opportunities (including offline) and play an important role in informing your colleagues about them.
Who are you and what do you bring with you?
- A whizzkid with a passion for digital tools whom you would like to deploy to find potential users who want to make the world fairer;
- A storyteller who can write engagingly and effectively in both Dutch and English. An extra language? A plus. Design skills? A huge plus;
- A young professional, HBO or WO working and thinking level , 0 – 3 years of experience;
- You know/have, or quickly acquire, sales and marketing tools such as HubSpot and MailChimp, and skills such as A/B testing and building funnels ;
- You understand how to make AI work for us – ethically responsibly;
- You know that good software can be a catalyst for positive impact, and you apply your analytical, inventive, and creative skills to this end.
