As Business Development Manager, you will play a central role in identifying new opportunities, building long-term partnerships and aligning customer needs with capabilities across operational environments.

Therefore, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.


Your role in our team
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of TERMA’s radar solutions across multiple application areas — including coastal surveillance, airport surface monitoring, VTMS (Vessel Traffic Management Systems), drone detection, and related services.

In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering advanced surveillance solutions tailored to complex radar requirements. You will also play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with end-users, system integrators, and design consultants to ensure our technologies are specified in major projects. You will work closely with both internal teams across geographies and external partners, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to present technical topics clearly to diverse audiences.

You will be part of a committed, professional, and energetic team based in India. The team is relatively lean, fostering a culture of close collaboration, open dialogue, and mutual support. How you will make a meaningful contribution
Your key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities and leads, and conduct market analysis to stay ahead of trends and competition
  • Demonstrate a strong grasp of complex technologies and the ability to explain them clearly to a variety of stakeholders, ensuring solutions are well understood
  • Delivering impactful presentations and solution briefings to potential clients
  • Supporting and aligning with broader marketing campaigns and regional strategies
  • Engaging directly with customers and partners to understand requirements and propose TERMA’s radar solutions
  • Driving sales efforts across India by promoting TERMA’s radar systems to integrators, channel partners, and end-users


Bring your world class expertise into play
You must have excellent command of English, both spoken and written. You also have willingness to travel within India and the world. Moreover, we are looking for a new colleague with the following qualifications:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field of study
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Security, Aerospace, or Defense sectors, preferably with exposure to radar or sensor technologies

You are collaborative by nature, detail-oriented, and open-minded. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where innovation and adaptability are essential. Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and teamwork skills are key, as you will be interacting with a wide range of stakeholders on an internal and external level. You are highly motivated and able to work independently.
