We are looking for a visionary Product Manager to lead the strategy, shape the roadmap, and turn bold ideas into impactful solutions for our Terma Ground Segment Suite (TGSS). In this role, you'll align product development with customer needs and business goals, collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders, and build a high-performing, results-driven team ready to make a difference in the space industry.

The position will include tasks such as:

• Support the Terma product management process for product planning as well as for product launch.
• Own the product vision, strategy, business case and roadmap for the TGSS products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, priorities and direction.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept and development to delivery and support.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance, BU MGT, BA MGT, as well as R&D MGT to define, optimize and execute strategies.
• Support business innovation & product discovery
• Provide inputs related with customer, market and technology demands to product owners/development team
• Support product profitability performance management throughout E2E Product lifecycle
• Support business development through winning new partners and consortia for open tenders and bigger activities

Skills Required

• Solid understanding of Ground Segment (GS) architecture and operations for space missions
• Good knowledge of the trend technologies for GS solutions
• Capable of building strong relationships across teams and departments to align product and business objectives with stakeholder needs.
• Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and consensus-building skills with clear and persuasive communication, both written and verbal.
• Capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences to influence decisions at all organizational levels.
• Focused on achieving high-impact results and delivering value and making well-informed decisions based on data and experience.
• Adapts quickly to changing priorities while maintaining quality and performance.
• Encourages collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrates adaptability in the face of challenges or setbacks even under pressure.
• Understands market dynamics and business drivers for success.
• Aligns technical solutions with business needs and customer expectations.

Key Qualifications (Experience, Education, Capabilities)

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Previous experience in space ground segment and/or operations.
• Product management experience.
• Strategic vision, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong in stakeholder management, agile methodologies, and customer-centric product innovation.
• Additional certification in Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM) is a plus.
• Leadership or management training (e.g., MBA modules, executive programs) is desirable
