You will contribute to developing advanced solutions to solve real energy challenges. We are currently looking for an Accounting Manager, reporting directly to the Finance Director and part of our Accounting team based in The Netherlands.

About the Role:
As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for accurate, timely, and compliant accounting and financial reporting for one or more legal entities. You will ensure strong internal controls, alignment with group policies, international accounting standards (IFRS), Dutch GAAP, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. You will manage the local accounting team and have a functional role in managing the accounting activities outsourced to Global Business Support (GBS).

About You:
We would love to hear from you and how you fit this role. To be successful in this mission, you must meet the following requirements:

• Certified Public Auditor in The Netherlands (Register Accountant).
• Background in one of the "Big Four" firms.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar international accounting environment, preferably in a publicly listed company.
• Knowledge of and experience with financial applications.
• Knowledge of Dutch GAAP, IFRS, and Dutch tax laws (VAT, CIT, PIT).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a project-driven organization.
• Experience with Hyperion consolidation (HFM) and Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP.
• Knowledge of Dutch Company Law.
