Summary
The Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of projects by managing schedules, resources, and communication across teams. This role ensures that project activities are organized, documentation is accurate, and deliverables are completed on time and within scope. The Project Coordinator is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where clear communication and follow-through are critical.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support & Coordination

Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities, timelines, and milestones.

Maintain project documentation including meeting notes, action logs, and status reports.

Monitor progress against deadlines and escalate risks, delays, or issues to the Project Manager.

Support resource planning and coordination of cross-functional project tasks.
Communication & Stakeholder Management

Serve as a point of contact for project-related updates and inquiries.

Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.

Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Documentation & Compliance

Ensure project files, approvals, and deliverables are documented and stored correctly.

Track risks, issues, and changes in alignment with project governance processes.

Assist with compliance and quality checks when required.
Process & Tools

Use project management tools to track tasks and update project dashboards.

Support continuous improvement by suggesting ways to enhance project workflows and efficiency.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Required
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field; or equivalent experience.

2–4+ years of project coordination, project support, or administrative experience in a project environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace and project management software.
Preferred
-
Experience in manufacturing a plus.
-
Familiarity with quality or regulatory frameworks (ISO, GMP, FDA, etc.).
