Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Key Account Manager to strengthen and grow our presence across Europe. The ideal candidate will focus on managing and developing new key accounts. This role will be central to building long-term client relationships, maximizing account value, and contributing to sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the strategic sales plan to identify, engage, and grow key accounts within the assigned market.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all assigned accounts.
  • Pursuing new business opportunities across retail brands, private label customers, e-commerce, and social selling companies.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by securing new clients and driving new product orders from both existing and new key accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure the successful launch of new products and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated with industry trends and identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing of deals.
  • Provide regular updates, forecasts, and reports to senior management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Annual revenue growth and retention from key accounts
  • New product order value & order achievement across existing and new key accounts
  • Customer satisfaction & account health (CSAT/NPS scores, long-term partnership development)

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or key account management within the food supplements, skincare, or health and wellness sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire and manage key accounts with an annual spend of over €300K.
  • Strong understanding of European markets and experience working with international clients.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and consistently achieve targets.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple key accounts simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Europe and Türkiye.
  • Fluent in English and native in Turkish language (mandatory)
