Heat Pump R&D Engineer

About the role:

• Working on new heat pump systems
• Designing, building, and testing prototypes
• Setting and refining design requirements
• Hands-on development and troubleshooting
• Managing BOMs and supporting development timelines
• Updating and maintaining engineering documentation
• Working closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners

About you:

• 5+ years of experience in development teams for hardware products
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
• Hands-on engineering mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Bonus Points:

• Experience in the development of heating appliances
• Experience with HVAC, refrigeration, or thermal systems
