At the Swisscom DevOps Center in Rotterdam, you will play a key role in creating a great employee experience. As our Office & Community Specialist, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our office while supporting community initiatives.
What will you do?
Be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and external partners
Coordinate office facilities, supplies, vendors, access management, workplace services, and day-to-day office operations
Help create a welcoming, safe, and organised office environment and ensure our workplace runs smoothly
Ensuring the office facilities function and keeping an eye and re-stocking the office kitchens
Ensuring the inventory of all office supplies is tracked and reordered in time
Organize and support events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities
Support sub-communities
Contribute to initiatives that strengthen community, wellbeing, and company culture
Job requirements
Must-have
You are already living in the Netherlands
You are fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
A degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Office Management, Facility Management, or a related field
You enjoy working with people and creating a positive employee experience
You are highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
You are proactive and take ownership of your work
You are comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Nice-to-have
Experience in office management, hospitality, workplace experience, events, or a similar field
Experience working in an international environment
Experience with onboarding, community initiatives, or employee engagement activities
Experience with Microsoft Office applications

Working at Swisscom
This is an onsite role based in our office in the center of Rotterdam, where we ask you to be available for 32-40 hours per week. Occasionally, events may take place outside regular office hours.
