Education
3 year degree and/or University degree in telecommunications, electronics, or relevant field, or equivalent work experience
Experience
7-10 years of relevant experience in telecommunications.

Key Responsibilities
01 . Ensure the design, installations/upgrading and testing of telecommunications infrastructure and related equipment and projects. Act as expert on all phases of design, and implementation for network projects.
02 . Establish specifications for security and service levels, overall standards and design rules for major network systems.
03 . Prepare monthly progress reports to management, and assist management in establishing and monitoring budget and staffing levels.
04 . Resolve customer requests with large complexity for new and/or modified network infrastructure.
05 . In partnership with other support areas, resolve complex network problems and develop and document technical standards and infrastructure applications.
06 . Follow the overall technological evolution and to keep management informed of applicability and opportunities for use of new products.
07 . Lead key contract negotiations with network providers and carrier organisations.
08 . Participate in and/or lead key projects of large complexity.
