Job Summary
In this role you will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing global benefits programs to attract and retain key talent at all levels of the organization. You will work closely with HR teams across the world as well as external vendors/providers to deliver best in class benefit offerings to our employees. The position requires a strategic thinker who has strong communication skills and can build relationships quickly while also having excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
• Design and implement global benefits strategy including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA’s, pension plans, stock options, health care accounts, etc.
• Create communications on benefits programs for all employees globally
• Develop metrics and analytics around cost and utilization trends related to various benefit programs
• Manage vendor contracts and negotiate renewals
• Drive adoption and utilization of employee benefits through education and communication campaigns
• Provide guidance to local HR teams on implementation and administration of benefits locally
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all countries where Swift operates
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience in human resources or benefits administration required
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, particularly in the area of Employee Benefits
• Experience working with multinational companies preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Workday system would be a plus
• Ability to travel up to 10% of time may be required
