About the role
As our Junior Designer, you will become a part of Superscript’s design function, working closely with the marketing department in the creation and implementation of visual materials that support marketing initiatives and goals. You will also work with the wider team contributing and guiding the brand identity across all mediums and channels.
What you'll get up to
Design and produce advertisements, social posts, event branding, banners, and more.
Design crucial documents, presentations, reports and whitepapers that help us launch products into new markets.
Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, and other promotional assets.
Help ensure our visual identity stands out in the tech/insurance industries.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all materials.
Support with partner initiatives/communications.
create visually appealing graphics including social media posts, email campaigns, advertisements, and website assets.
Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
Develop and apply strong layout, branding, and typography skills to all design projects.
Assist in the creation of multimedia content, including video editing, animation, and interactive design as needed.
About you:
Passion for all things design
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptable and unafraid to get stuck in with a variety of tasks
Curious and keen to learn
Experience with design software
A strong collaborator, able to develop relationships with relevant stakeholders
Enthusiastic and self-motivated
A creative thinker and problem solver
Exposure to animation and video editing considered highly desirable
