Job Summary

We’re looking for a senior, commercially driven Reservoir Engineering professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, client engagement, and sales.

The Technical Sales Specialist provides direct support for reservoir engineering SLB technology and solutions in Europe, participating in the building and execution of sales strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • Develops new business by actively participating in promoting of SLB’s reservoir engineering technology and services offerings.
  • Provides technical support for sales activities such as bid proposal preparation, technical design options and technical support for marketing activities
  • Maintains integrity in all words and actions ensuring ethics, quality and HSE (Health Safety and Environment) are evident and a key differentiator.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in Reservoir Engineering
  • Advanced degrees (MSc/PhD) in Reservoir Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Geo-Energy or closely related specializations.
  • Continued education through industry certifications, specialized training, or professional development courses in reservoir simulation, modeling, and software tools.
  • Familiarity with SLB Reservoir Engineering digital solutions (i.e. Intersect, Petrel)
  • Proven ability to combine technical expertise with commercial acumen
  • Experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or business development is a plus
  • Flexibility of travelling across Europe
  • EU work authorization required (exceptional non-EU candidates may be considered)
