Job Summary:

The HSE/FM intern is responsible for updates and follow-ups on EUR Facilities systems and assists in daily duties. This role provides hands-on experience in facility management, including operational support, basic maintenance coordination, reporting, and project assistance. Requiring attention to detail for accurate invoice logging and compliance with payment processes.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Support updates and follow-up on EUR Facilities systems and databases
  • Keep abreast of all internal systems used by the Facilities team
  • Monitor updates of data required in our systems
  • Assist in scheduling and following up on maintenance, repairs, and service requests
  • Support documentation, reporting, and basic contract or permit administration under supervision
  • Develop effective relationships with other departments to enable smooth progress of processes
  • Interface with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Adaptability – Comfortable with changing priorities and learning new processes while on the job
  • Assist in small facility projects, audits, and improvement initiatives
  • Support quality control and implementation of standards for clean, safe, and organised facilities
  • Communication skills - Build and maintain an effective work network within the organisation
  • Time Management – Prioritising tasks to meet deadlines
  • Occasionally visiting other sites for various tasks
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Following up with suppliers and other employees in payment approver chain

Qualifications:

  • Degree and qualification level – Undergraduate degree - in the process of obtaining the degree, looking for an industrial placement. Or Undergraduate degree - already completed
  • Advanced in English (Reading, writing and speaking)
  • Knowledge of specific systems: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Teams & Outlook
  • Preferrable but not essential - Driver’s license and vehicle

We are open to flexible, hybrid working with a combination of on-site & at-home working days. Usually, these remote workdays are Wednesdays and Fridays.
