WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a key member of the central Product Management Team, you will:

• be a go-to product expert – how it works, how it is commercialized, and how SITA Smart Path meets the needs of some of the world’s most demanding air transport industry customers.
• engage with prospective customers to understand their business and technical needs and challenges.
• work with, and travel to, our central and geography-based sales & business development teams to make sure they have expert insight at the right time during the customer capture process.
• proactively identify market trends and patterns to inform future technical and communications development priorities.
• proactively seek customer and colleague feedback helping make sure SITA Smart Path continually listens and learns.
• be easy to get on with and enjoy being part of a distributed team.
• demonstrate ownership and accountability.

EXPERIENCE:

• Detailed knowledge and practical experience of biometric technology and its application within large scale multi-stakeholder environments.
• Demonstrable value add sales/business development experience.
• At least eight years’ experience as a Product Manager/Product Specialist/Pre-sales Consultant.
• Outstanding communication (excellent written English), presentation and leadership skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Complex multi-stakeholder relationship management
• Seeking and using customer and competitor insight
• Driving outcomes with pace and sensitivity

NICE-TO-HAVE:

• Experience in the air transport industry would be an advantage
