SHAPE THE FUTURE OF INSIDER RISK WITH SIGNPOST SIX
At Signpost Six, we have a clear ambition: to further expand our internationally leading role as the Insider Risk expert. As geopolitical shifts continue to influence the workplace, the risks of espionage, sabotage, and subversive crime are evolving rapidly. We are looking for an adviser to help organisations mitigate these threats while contributing to our growth and ambition.
WHY SIGNPOST SIX?

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and conduct insider risk assessments, including threat and maturity analyses for organisations facing various insider risks, like espionage, sabotage or data theft.
- Support the design and implementation of insider risk programmes, helping to strengthen governance, security, HR, IT, and incident management processes.
- Work on one or more (international) client projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and engage with internal stakeholders to align on progress.
- Actively contribute to new propositions, publications, and trend analyses to inform clients and the public.
- Invest in your growth as an Insider Risk Adviser by expanding your expertise through training, research, and networking.
ARE YOU OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE?
We are looking for strategic thinkers with a passion for impact. You will thrive here if you:
- Bring 1-4 years of work experience in a relevant field.
- Hold a degree in geopolitics, criminology, intelligence, cybersecurity, psychology, risk management, or a related discipline (your skills and drive matter more than your specific background).
- Are comfortable in constantly changing environments and have a talent for switching quickly and effectively.
- Are solution-focused, ambitious, and energised by tackling complex challenges in small, agile teams.
- Have strong analytical and writing skills, with experience in gathering and interpreting information to deliver actionable recommendations.
- Possess strong verbal and communication skills. Professional proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch is desirable.
- Can handle confidential information and possess a high level of situational awareness.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and flexibility, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and partners.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary and premium benefits, including pension contributions, travel reimbursements, and investment in your growth.
- A dynamic, fast-paced environment where your ideas and initiatives are valued and acted upon.
- The chance to make a real difference in a rapidly growing team and grow with us.
- Collaborative workspace: Enjoy collaborating and working in our modern office in The Hague, just steps from Central Station, with the flexibility for some remote work.
- We provide all the technology and resources you need to excel in your role and continue your professional growth.
