The Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Lead to take full ownership of our marketing department. In this role, you will shape and execute our marketing strategy, drive lead generation, and ensure consistent brand growth across all channels. You’ll work closely with leadership and business development teams to align marketing initiatives with our commercial goals and support company growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy to strengthen our brand and accelerate lead generation
- Oversee and perform marketing activities across digital channels, social media, website, and external communications
- Manage marketing budgets, set priorities, and allocate resources effectively to maximise ROI
- Drive and optimise lead generation and conversion strategies across campaigns, website, and events
- Manage and optimise HubSpot marketing workflows, automation, and reporting for lead nurturing and tracking
- Plan and monitor LinkedIn and other digital advertising campaigns, ensuring strong targeting, content relevance, and performance improvement
- Lead content strategy and production, coordinating messaging, tone, and storytelling across channels.
- Oversee and improve the company website – ensuring content accuracy, SEO best practices, and overall performance
- Partner with internal teams to enhance product marketing materials and event promotion
- Analyse campaign and channel performance, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Stay informed on marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate Signpost Six’s visibility and impact
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a marketing coordination or leadership capacity (B2B experience preferred)
- Proven record of developing and executing on successful marketing strategies
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (marketing automation, lead scoring, reporting)
- Strong understanding of social media (especially LinkedIn) and digital advertising
- Experience managing, improving and working on websites (WordPress or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Dutch is a plus
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic action
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and comfort in managing multiple priorities at once
- Independent, proactive, and innovative approach to problem-solving and performance improvement
