A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Field Service Project Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting Long-Term Program (LTP) projects -amongst others- by coordinating subcontractors and service procurement activities for corrective maintenance of auxiliary systems and others; making sure of full compliance with SIEMENS Energy procedures, practices, and guidelines. You will serve as a key link between Project Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and Field Service Teams, ensuring seamless execution of project requirements as per SIEMENS Energy’s processes. Your day will involve direct communications with Site Engineers and other Internal Customers, creating and tracking purchase requisitions, managing supplier engagements, monitoring procurement progress, and ensuring the timely delivery of support materials and services. You will also support operational performance through KPI tracking and data analysis, identify opportunities for cost optimization and supplier improvement, and ensure compliance with Siemens Energy processes and financial controls, contributing to the successful and efficient execution of LTP projects.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Understand and comply with Filed Service, Procurement, Supply Chain, procedures, guidelines, requirements. Identify Key Stake Holders within each function and create a working relationship with expedited rapport.
  • Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (SOLP/SOLPED) for services, materials, equipment, calibrations, asset-related requirements, for Long-Term Program (LTP) projects, specifically related to the corrective maintenance of auxiliary systems.
  • Coordinate and monitor the complete procurement process, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, material receipt, invoice receipt, and supplier follow-up to ensure timely execution and compliance.
  • Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities for supplier performance. Support sourcing activities to secure competitive pricing, favorable commercial conditions, and reliable supplier performance for
  • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Operations, Project Management, and Field Service teams to ensure alignment of procurement activities with operational and project requirements. Maintain accurate procurement, budgeting, and operational records in compliance with Siemens Energy processes and guidelines.

What You Bring

· 3-5 years of professional experience in Procurement, Project Coordination, Operations Support, Supply Chain Management, Field Service, or related disciplines. Real-world experience with In-The-Field End-Users is a definite plus.

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

· Experience with SAP, procurement processes, budgeting, and financial controls. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power BI.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Bilingual: fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.

· Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment.
