About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
As an Accounting Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the financial closing and reporting activities for the Latin America region. Your day will involve executing month-end close tasks, analyzing financial data, and ensuring the accuracy of accounting records. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, support audits, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. This role requires strong attention to detail and a structured approach to maintaining financial integrity.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Execute monthly financial closing activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Perform and review bank reconciliations and balance sheet accounts to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare statutory financial statements in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Analyze financial results, identifying variances and providing insights to support decision-making.
• Support external audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and corporate guidelines.
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in general accounting, financial closing, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
About the Team
You will be part of the Financial Statements & Closing team, supporting the Latin America region. The team is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and supporting business continuity through reliable financial operations.
