A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking senior tax lead ready to drive our digital tax compliance strategy with a strong focus on tax technology and S/4HANA transformation. The role combines tax expertise, deep accounting knowledge, and system capabilities to ensure compliance while enabling automation and efficiency.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead digital tax compliance processes and projects
• Manage tax risks and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support audits and tax authority interactions
• Ensure tax compliance integration in S4/HANA processes- Support system design, data migration, testing, and go-live- Monitor regulatory changes
• Use data analytics and AI to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Design standardized tax processes and controls- Ensure audit readiness and documentation- Collaborate with Accounting, IT, Legal, and business teams- Lead projects and mentor team members

What You Bring

• Bacherlor's or Master's degree in Tax, Finance, or Accounting
• Strong VAT experience in multinational environments- Strong experience with S4HANA/ SAP ERP systems
• Very good knowledge of accounting processes and tax technology
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead transformation projects
• Proficient English; knowledge of German (or any other language) is an asset.
