A Snapshot of Your Day:

Will be responsible for commercial and financial management of assigned projects, including influencing decision making within area of responsibility. Together with the project managers will drive the implementation of assigned projects delivering or over-achieving project financial and qualitative KPIs as well as maximizing customer satisfaction, while ensuring the Financial Reporting Guidelines are met.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Together with the Project Manager, you ensure the accuracy of the cost and price calculation
• You manage the contract and claim management based on contractual T&Cs Manage the project financials based on contractual agreements and ongoing execution phase
• Perform monthly project financial forecasting, reporting and assess and communicate risks and opportunities regarding financial impacts
• Ensure achievement of contract requirements (assist with performance guarantees, fix hedging insurances, taxes, etc)
• Support Sales team in the offer preparation from financial / commercial point of view
• Perform various general ledger activities including project related journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Support Internal and External Audits as required
• Prepares business case calculations for proposals and change orders
• Promote and supports compliance culture within business and handling of ad-hoc requests

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in finance / business administration / accounting is required. A master’s degree will be a plus
• 5 - 7 years of professional experience in business/finance field
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and IFRS is required
• Strong skills in PC applications, including SAP and Microsoft Office as well as strong analytical skills
• Must be able to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial internal customers English, at professional working proficiency level
• Enthusiasm and team spirit Interest in working in a dynamic and international environment
• Self-driven, proactive, and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups. Be entrepreneurial. Be innovative. Challenge the status quo. Make an impact.
• Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities for multiple projects or assignments.
• Demonstrated experience in working with and supporting cross functional teams of professionals and managers.

• Applies analytical techniques which are necessary to gain greater insight and perspective on problems
