A Snapshot of Your Day

Working in a global and diverse team with an open approach that will support you and your development. You will be a catalyst, translating the business requirements into an implementation roadmap for Siemens Energy’s future Employee Experience platform Service Now. Your focus will be on defining global principles, a product strategy and standards for our global Document Management Solution, Content and Knowledge Management solution and the HR Service Delivery module of Service Now. You will drive the global implementation of Service Now as part of Siemens Energy’s HR transformation project and interact with our internal and external partners.


How You’ll Make a difference

  • A major player in our global HR transformation program
  • In collaboration with colleagues from Global Mobility, Procurement, accounting you will help define global principles, strategy, and standards for T&E
  • Own the definition of the future technology landscape for T&E, aligning with Procurement, IT, Business, and other stakeholders on a Global scale
  • Manage the transition between current set up and future state as part of Siemens Energy HR transformation program
  • Drive the solutioning for SAP Concur implementations in an already mature Concur deployed landscape, as well as associated T&E business processes i.e. corporate card administration
  • Working with the outsourced Concur application management and business process provider, manage data feeds from Concur system to downstream / upstream applications, such as Payroll Systems, Workday and our global reporting landscape
  • Find opportunities for improvement (i.e. processes) to ensure global standard and efficient operational delivery as well as system landscape consolidation
  • Manage and oversee the delivery of new features, functionality, and upgrades
  • Manage overall product budget in alignment with global investment decisions
  • Work with other partners within and outside of the HR department, to ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and followed

What You Bring

  • Ability to thrive in a global environment, working flexibly where required
  • Strong experience with implementing Concur modules and functionality in a global organisation (across many countries)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principle, cost booking, GL mapping and overview of financial ERP systems
  • Experience with travel and expense associated business processes i.e. expense audit, corporate card administration etc
  • Self-directed with an ability to organize, plan, prioritize
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills with a continuous improvement mindset

  • Certified in agile methodology or demonstrated previous experience in agile
  • Optional ServiceNow Certified Administrator
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus

In this role you will be working within the Human Resources function – HR Systems and Services, a truly global and diverse team of specialists with an open mentality. Our team is responsible for guaranteeing operational performance and budget adherence of HR Systems & Services, ensuring, and maintaining fit-for-purpose HR systems and processes, safeguarding end-to-end delivery while promoting Siemens Energy digital transformation.
