Are you an experienced project manager who enjoys working with the latest technologies and innovations?
As Project Manager Cranes, you will lead (inter)national projects and project teams in the field of automated port cranes. You ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications, while keeping all stakeholders well informed.
Your responsibilities
- Leading the project team.
- Monitoring schedules, budgets, and financial results according to established objectives.
- Stakeholder management: maintaining contact with internal and external parties.
- Ensuring compliance with PM processes and guidelines (e.g., tax regulations, visas, export control).
- Managing customer expectations through clear communication and information provision.
- Managing approximately 3 projects simultaneously, including 1–2 international project visits per project per year (±20% travel time).
Your profile
You are driven, result-oriented, and entrepreneurial in a constantly changing project environment. In addition, you bring:
- At least 5+ years of experience as a project manager in the industry. Experience with (port) cranes is a strong advantage.
- A completed technical bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or similar.
- Experience with international projects and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and excellent stakeholder management.
- Availability for a 40-hour work week.
Who will you work with?
You will have approximately 100 direct colleagues and work closely with Lead Engineers, Project Controllers, and various internal and external suppliers.
