Sales Advisor
Location: MK2 2HQ working across the Woughton & Bletchley areas
Salary: £27,000 – 28,000 per annum
Schedule: Fulltime, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

We’re looking for a Membership Advisor to join our team and play a key role in driving growth, building relationships and delivering a positive experience for every customer.
What you’ll do as a Sales Advisor
You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end sales journey, helping to grow membership while delivering excellent customer care. You’ll be both proactive and people-focused, ensuring every interaction creates trust and adds value.
- Drive membership sales by achieving monthly targets and supporting retention activities
- Welcome customers, handle enquiries and ensure every interaction is timely and professional
- Deliver engaging tours of the facility and convert visits into memberships
- Build relationships with local businesses and identify new opportunities for growth
- Support and deliver marketing campaigns in partnership with internal teams
- Plan and attend outreach events to generate leads and raise local awareness
- Maintain accurate records and manage the membership database in line with procedures
- Work closely with gym colleagues to support renewals and ongoing member engagement
- Contribute ideas on industry trends and opportunities to help shape future growth

- Experience in a sales-focused role, with a track record of achieving targets
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Confidence working with numbers and interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Strong conflict resolution skills and calm under pressure
