As a CAFM Administrator in our Justice and Immigration Facilities Management Asset Management team, you’ll play a key role in keeping essential services running smoothly by ensuring our asset and maintenance data is accurate, reliable, and ready to support informed decisions.

Your work will directly support the effective management of facilities across vital public services. By maintaining high-quality data and supporting system improvements, you’ll help create impactful solutions that keep environments safe, compliant, and fit for purpose — making a positive impact on communities every day.

What you’ll do as a CAFM Administrator

You’ll be entrusted to:

  • Prepare, cleanse and upload master data into the CAFM system (MRI Evolution – Serco Perform)
  • Test, interrogate and validate CAFM data to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Produce reports from CAFM data to support asset management and operational teams
  • Support the rollout of MRI Evolution across sites, including data cleansing and integrations
  • Work closely with facilities management teams to support training and system adoption
  • Assist with the ongoing improvement of data processes and system use

Does this sound like you?

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • A working knowledge of CAFM systems and their core principles
  • An understanding of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works scheduling
  • Experience working with KPIs, service level agreements (SLAs) and priorities
  • Strong PC skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office and working with large data sets
  • A logical approach to problem-solving, with good time management and self-motivation
  • Full UK drivers licence
