Location: Warrington, WA3 6ZH
Salary: £28,500 per annum, plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Monday- Friday/ 37.5 hours per week- site based

As a Service Delivery Co‑Ordinator in our AASC, Justice and Immigration team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring service users’ needs are met within agreed timeframes. You’ll support the delivery of accommodation and associated services in line with Serco’s contractual obligations to UK Visas and Immigration.

Your work has purpose. By coordinating services, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring processes are followed accurately, you’ll help create impactful solutions that support vulnerable people and contribute to positive outcomes for communities across the region.

What you’ll do as a Service Delivery Co‑Ordinator


You’ll be entrusted to:

  • Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the AASC contract to support high‑quality service delivery.
  • Support the contract in maintaining the performance and compliance of the property portfolio.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
  • Carry out administrative duties to support the wider Property Directorate and Service Delivery teams.
  • Take ownership of specific service areas when required, supporting continuity during high workload or absence.

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Experience working in an administrative or coordination role within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Good organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Competent working with Excel.
  • Confidence working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • A proactive, calm and supportive approach, even when under pressure.

Vetting and checks:

This role requires BPSS clearance, which involves identity verification, employment history, and criminal record checks to meet government security standards. An Occupational Health Questionnaire will also be required to ensure we can offer appropriate support for your wellbeing and performance.
